Jackie’s Family Circle is our new subscription membership that gives you unprecedented freedom and flexibility when it comes to your skincare routine. Here are the perks:
1. Enjoy a Free Product On Us: Pick 4 items for your subscription – the most expensive one is FREE in every order. (Yes, you read that right!) You can choose to receive shipments every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months, depending on your needs. Shipping for your Family Circle membership is always free.
2. Try New Products: You’re not locked into receiving the same 4 products each shipment. You can change any or all of the products for each recurring order. The most expensive item will always be free!
3. Guaranteed Stock: Family Circle members get guaranteed stock of their favorite products, even when they're sold out on the website.
4. Exclusive VIP Access: Gain priority access to new product launches and receive invitations to join Jackie’s personal coffee chats, only for Family Circle members.
Absolutely! You have the flexibility to swap out any or all of the products in your subscription each cycle. You'll receive an email reminder allowing you to make changes a few days before your replenishment order is set to ship.
There is no limit on how many times you can swap your products. However, please note that final changes must be completed before your product ships. We are unable to edit your order once the items have shipped.
Flexibility is a big part of Jackie’s Family Circle, but there are 2 restrictions to note:
- A maximum of 2 bottles of Love 31 facial oil can be redeemed per year
- Each member can receive up to 12 free items annually
Yes, Jackie's Family Circle requires you to select 4 items for each shipment. The most expensive item will always be free. If you’d like to order more items, you can always add additional products to your order at their regular price.
Shipping is always free with Jackie’s Family Circle shipments within the US and Canada.
You can choose to receive shipments every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months, depending on your needs. You can easily postpone or get your order sooner by logging into your account and adjusting your next shipment date.
If you don't make any changes, you'll receive the same 4 products as your previous shipment.
As a member of Jackie’s Family Circle, you're guaranteed to receive your selected products even if they're out of stock on the website.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancel option, or by contacting our customer service team at team@maelove.com.
If you’d like to pause your membership for a specified period without canceling, simply log into your account and select the pause option.
