Shipping (USA)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $45 USD. Please assume minimum one week of processing and transit time from the time of your order to receiving your package.

UPS 2-day delivery option will be delivered within 3 business days after an order has been processed. Maelove orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of order.

We ship via US Postal Service to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO addresses.

Shipping (non USA)

Please allow for two to three weeks of transit time from the time of order placement until delivery. For our Canadian customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $120 CAD. Maelove collects all applicable taxes and duties during checkout to simplify the shipping process and avoid customs delays.

Returns (USA)

Please submit your return request within 100 calendar days of your order arrival date by following the process detailed on our returns page.

Return shipping is free within the United States. Initial order shipping fees are not refundable. 

Products, along with original packaging if possible, must be returned within 21 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. If we cannot scan the product barcode, we cannot process return for that product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return package arrival at our returns processor. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Purchase and return activities are monitored for abuse or unauthorized resale on Amazon and any other retail channels.  We reserve the right to deny purchases and refunds.
