Where we ship

Maelove ships directly to customers in the United States and Canada. Shopping from the UK? A selection of our most popular products is now available through our UK partner, Healf. Details are below.

Shipping (USA)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Maelove orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time will vary depending on your shipping address in relation to our California-based warehouse.

We ship via US Postal Service to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.

Shipping (Canada)

Please allow two to three weeks from order placement to delivery. We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $120 CAD. Maelove collects all applicable taxes and duties at checkout to simplify the shipping process and avoid customs delays.

Shopping from the UK

UK customers can now buy a selection of our most popular products from Healf, a UK wellness retailer. Healf handles these orders from start to finish, including delivery, returns, and customer support, and Healf's own shipping and returns policies apply.

Orders placed on maelove.com can't be delivered to UK addresses, so please shop through Healf instead.

Returns (USA)

Please submit your return request within 100 calendar days of your order arrival date by following the process detailed on our returns page.

Return shipping is free within the United States. Initial order shipping fees are not refundable. 

Products, along with original packaging if possible, must be returned within 21 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. If we cannot scan the product barcode, we cannot process return for that product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return package arrival at our returns processor. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Returns (Canada)

Please use our contact form or email team@maelove.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return to start your return.

Returns (UK orders through Healf)

Products bought from Healf are returned through Healf. Please contact Healf's customer service team or visit their returns page to start a return. Since Healf manages these orders, Maelove isn't able to process returns or refunds for them.
