Shipping (USA)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $45 USD. Please assume minimum one week of processing and transit time from the time of your order to receiving your package.  

We ship via US Postal Service to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO addresses.

Shipping (Canada)

Please allow for two to three weeks of processing and transit time from the time of order placement until delivery. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60 CAD. For orders under $60 CAD a shipping fee of $9.95 CAD applies. Maelove collects any applicable taxes and duties during checkout to simplify the shipping process and to avoid packages being held in customs.

Returns (USA)

Please submit your return request via our Contact Portal within 100 calendar days of your order arrival.

Return shipping is free within the United States. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Individual product boxes along with products must be returned within 21 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. If we cannot scan the product barcode, we cannot process return for that product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return package arrival at our returns processor. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Purchase and return activities are monitored for abuse or unauthorized resale on Amazon and any other retail channels.  We reserve the right to deny purchases and refunds.

Returns (Canada)

Was your shipping address to Canada? If so, please send us an email (team@maelove.com) with your order number to start your return process.
