Can I choose different products for each recurring shipment? Are there any restrictions?
Absolutely! You can swap any or all products in your subscription each cycle. You’ll get an email reminder to make changes before your order ships.
There is no limit on how many times you can swap your products, but final changes must be completed before your product ships. We’re unable to edit your order once the items have shipped.
All Maelove products are eligible for the Family Circle program, but you can redeem a maximum of 2 bottles of Love 31 facial oil per year and receive up to 12 free items annually.
Do I have to order 4 items? Is shipping free?
Yes, you must select 4 items per shipment to be part of Jackie’s Family Circle, with the most expensive item always being free. Shipping is always free.
What frequency can I schedule my order?
You can receive shipments every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months, and adjust the frequency anytime.
What happens if I forget to review my upcoming shipment?
You’ll receive the same 4 products as your previous shipment.
What if a selected product becomes unavailable?
Family Circle members are guaranteed their selected products, even if it’s out of stock on the website.
