Exchanges

Please request a refund for your existing product and place a new order for the product you'd like to exchange for.

Returns - Canada
Please send us an email (team@maelove.com) with your order number to initiate your return.

 

Return policy

1) We accept return requests anytime within 100 calendar days of the delivery date of your Maelove order.

2) Products must be returned within 21 calendar days after initiating your return request. Products do not have to be shipping in the original shipper box.  You can use any box or padded envelope that would prevent damage in transit.

3) Return shipping is free within the United States. A shipping label will be provided as part of your returns process.

4) Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

5) Any shipping cost for the initial delivery, as noted in your checkout summary, will not be refunded.

6) A refund will be issued within 10 business days of the return package arrival at our returns processor. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund.

7) You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. 

8) Purchase and return activities are monitored for abuse or unauthorized resale on Amazon and any other retail channels.  We reserve the right to deny purchases and refunds.
