Starting the return process
Products arrived damaged? We can send you a replacement - please go back and click on the van icon above "I HAVE AN ORDER DELIVERY (INCLUDING DAMAGED SHIPMENT) RELATED QUESTION"
We've partnered with Happy Returns to make it simple and easy for you to create your return request and receive your return shipping label.
*For exchanges: We are currently working on a streamlined exchange process. So in the meantime please request a refund, then place a new order for a product you wanted to exchange for.
Please keep in mind our return policy:
1) You can submit your return request anytime within 100 calendar days from your order arrival.
2) Individual product boxes along with products must be returned within 21 calendar days from the initiation of a return request. If we cannot scan the product barcode, we cannot process return for that product.
You do not have to ship the return back in the original shipper box. You can use any box or padded envelope that would prevent damage in transit.
3) Return shipping is free within the United States.
4) Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
5) A refund will be issued within 10 business days of the return package arrival at our returns processor. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund.
6) You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
7) Purchase and return activities are monitored for abuse or unauthorized resale on Amazon and any other retail channels. We reserve the right to deny purchases and refunds.
